Just wish bush would have made the same statement Johnson did: "I shall not seek, and I will not accept the nomination of my party for another term as your president."
Another Johnson speech: "If we allow Vietnam to fall, tomorrow we’ll be fighting in Hawaii, and next week in San Francisco" - alluding to Eisenhower's 'Domino Theory'.
Both conflicts based on lies. *sigh* Question? Are we better off because of Vietnam & Iraq?
You are so fortunate that your leader can only serve a set period. Our dumb arse can go as long as the dumb arse public elect him. I want to be better off.
