I have visited it, and you might want to do the same. I am not sure of the value of it, but it does provoke some interesting questions. I'll let you form your own opinions and questions.
It had me confused too. I will huddle for a couple of minutes and then try to figure wtf it's all about. Hopefully, it is just a figment of someone's imagination who likes to make spreadsheets and do weird things with them.
